Turfzo provides an online platform that connects users with sports turf facilities for booking purposes. We act as an intermediary between customers and turf owners. The actual provision of sports facilities is the responsibility of the respective turf owners.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices displayed on our platform are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud or violation of terms.
Users agree to use turf facilities responsibly and respect property and other users. Any damage to property may result in additional charges. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment or violence, will result in immediate termination of booking and potential legal action.
All content on the Turfzo platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Turfzo or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Turfzo acts solely as a booking platform and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or condition of turf facilities. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred while using turf facilities. Users assume all risks associated with sports activities.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India. These terms are governed by Indian law.
Turfzo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
