Turfzo is a digital booking platform for sports turf facilities. As we provide a service-based platform rather than physical products, traditional shipping does not apply to our core services. Your booking confirmations and related documents are delivered electronically via email immediately upon successful transaction.
Upon completing your booking, you will receive an instant email confirmation containing your booking details, QR code, and facility information. These digital documents are delivered to the email address provided during registration. Please ensure your email address is accurate to receive timely confirmations.
If you purchase any physical products such as Turfzo merchandise or sports equipment through our platform, standard shipping terms will apply. Shipping times vary based on your location, typically ranging from three to seven business days within India. International shipping may take longer depending on customs and destination.
For any physical products ordered through our platform, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of items. We offer free shipping on orders above certain thresholds, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Express shipping options are available at additional cost.
Standard delivery within major cities takes three to five business days. Remote areas may require five to seven business days. Express delivery is available for select locations with one to two business day delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Once your physical order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status through our website or the courier partner's tracking portal. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

If delivery attempts fail due to recipient unavailability, the courier will make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us, and you will be contacted to arrange redelivery or refund. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
