1. Cancellation Policy Overview

At Turfzo, we understand that plans can change. We strive to provide flexible cancellation options while respecting the commitments of turf facility owners. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings and requesting refunds through our platform.

2. Cancellation Timeframes

Cancellations made more than twenty-four hours before the scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between twelve and twenty-four hours before the booking receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations made less than twelve hours before the booking or no-shows are non-refundable. Time is calculated from the scheduled start time of your booking.

3. How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel your booking, log into your Turfzo account and navigate to your bookings section. Select the booking you wish to cancel and click the cancel button. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. For assistance, contact our support team.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within five to seven business days from the cancellation date. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional three to five business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Weather-Related Cancellations

In case of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to use the facility, either you or the facility owner may request cancellation. Such cancellations are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost. Weather-related cancellations must be reported within two hours of the scheduled booking time with appropriate documentation.

6. Facility-Initiated Cancellations

If a turf facility cancels your booking due to maintenance, overbooking, or other facility-related issues, you will receive a full refund automatically. Additionally, we may offer you a credit or discount on your next booking as compensation. You will be notified immediately via email and SMS if your booking is canceled by the facility.

7. Modification of Bookings

You may modify your booking date or time subject to availability, without cancellation fees, if done more than twenty-four hours before the scheduled time. Modifications made within twenty-four hours may incur additional charges. To modify your booking, access your account or contact customer support for assistance.

8. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional bookings or special event packages may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These bookings cannot be canceled for a refund but may be eligible for rescheduling based on facility availability. Non-refundable terms will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a cancellation or refund decision, please contact our customer support team within seven days of the cancellation. We will review your case thoroughly and respond within three business days. Our goal is to resolve all disputes fairly and in accordance with our policies.
